Personal fans, coffee makers with coffee, alarm clocks, shampoo-conditioner, and private decks with patio furniture to enjoy the spectacular views of our cascading mountain waterfall illuminated in the evenings and the magnificent Yuba River, or the private meadow and the peaceful forest depending upon the type of room you reserve.

Kitchen units have either a meadow view or forest view and include the following: Full size refrigerator and range, fireplace with wood, fully-equipped kitchen, all linens, personal fan, alarm clock, satellite television with ESPN/HBO, local networks, and more. Large units, in addition, have a queen sofa hide-a-bed in the living room, recliner chair, and microwave.
